Yellowstone Real Estate Investments

Yellowstone Real Estate Investments refinanced the 541 Lexington Avenue hotel in Midtown East with a $113 million loan from Bank Hapoalim, replacing $90 million in prior debt from Fortress Investment Group. The 317,496-square-foot Maxwell Hotel was acquired by Yellowstone in late 2024 for $155 million, after it purchased the $170 million note two years earlier. The new financing equates to $355 per built square foot. Yellowstone, led by Isaac Hera, owns four NYC commercial properties totaling over 1.5 million square feet, primarily in hotels and office buildings. The Bank Hapoalim signatories were Judy Barnes and Ingo Cruz Pinto.
