Yitzchok Katz of Goose Property Management secured a $67 million refinance loan from Affinius Capital for a 163-unit residential elevator building at 570 Fulton Street in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. The total financing package was $80 million, though only $67 million was recorded. Katz acquired the 135,858-square-foot property for $24.1 million and refinanced previous debt held by Slate Property Group.
