Yossel (Joseph) Lichtman refinanced his newly built 90-unit rental at 435 Coney Island Avenue in Flatbush with a $56m loan from Valley National Bank. The lender had previously issued a $50m loan on the property. Lichtman purchased the site in 2019 for $16m and completed construction in 2023.
