With this amendment, the offering plan now totals $900 million—still excluding penthouses and over half the 112 residential units. The priciest new unit is listed at $46.95 million, or $9,174 per square foot. Average pricing for the latest batch hit $6,127 per square foot, up from $5,576 previously. Brokers report strong demand and minimal discounts, and the project’s total sellout could approach $2 billion amid limited new development inventory.
