Zeckendorf Development and Atlas Capital Group are aiming to break records with their new two-tower condo project at 80 Clarkson Street in Downtown Manhattan. A newly listed duplex penthouse in the west tower is asking $80 million, or over $11,235 per square foot. If sold, it would become the most expensive condo ever sold Downtown. The development has released 83 of its 112 units and is targeting a total sellout of over $2 billion. Another penthouse is asking $58 million, and a full-floor unit on the 30th floor is priced at $75 million.
