Anish Kapoor, famed for Chicago’s “Bean” sculpture, has re-listed his 47th-floor Tribeca condo at 56 Leonard Street for $17.75 million. The 4,000-square-foot unit features four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 12-foot ceilings, a private elevator, and a 50-foot glass wall with Hudson River views. Kapoor purchased it in 2016 for about $13.5 million. The building, designed by Herzog & de Meuron, is known for its Jenga-like silhouette and features a smaller version of Kapoor’s bean at its base. The listing agents are Krista Nickols and Martin Garcia of Serhant. A similar unit sold earlier this year for around $15 million.
