Steven Sasson, owner of ABC Superstore, paid $23.4 million to Crown Acquisitions for the retail building he occupies at 38-02 Junction Boulevard in Jackson Heights, Queens. The 21,856-square-foot building also includes 17,206 square feet of additional air rights, bringing the total buildable area to over 39,000 square feet. The sale price equates to $1,070 per built square foot. Sasson signed the deal himself, while Crown was represented by Richard, Haim, and Isaac Chera.
