Crezly is a New York City commercial real estate platform that connects buyers, developers, and brokers directly with property owners who are ready to sell — and pairs every deal with the hard data you need to act on it. No listing portals. No bidding wars. No middlemen taking a cut.

What we do

We run two things side by side:

Off-market deal flow. Our agents source deals across all five boroughs the old-fashioned way — cold calling, door-knocking, and direct relationships with owners. When an owner is ready to move, the deal goes out to our buyer network on WhatsApp the same day, before it ever reaches the open market.

Data to win the deal. Every property has a story buried in the public record. Crezly’s Data & Analytics product pulls it into the open: deeds, liens, owner debt and loan maturities, evictions, and lender intelligence — built on ACRIS, PLUTO, and other public datasets. You don’t just find the building; you find out who really owns it, what they owe, and when their loan comes due.

Why we built it

Anyone who’s tried to buy commercial real estate in New York knows the game is rigged toward the people holding the information. The best buildings trade quietly between insiders. The owners are hidden behind LLCs and dead-end records. And by the time a deal reaches a listing site, it’s already been picked over, marked up, and brokered three times.

We thought that was backwards. The owner and the buyer should be able to find each other directly — and both should have the same data the insiders use. So we started knocking on doors. What began as a single agent working the phones across Queens turned into a citywide network of agents and a property database covering every block of the five boroughs. Today Crezly is where off-market inventory and real property intelligence finally live in the same place.
