Construction is nearing completion on 111 Java Street, a four-story residential building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Designed by Wieslawa Jasiulewicz Majran, RA and developed by Franciszek Chlebek, the 3,400-square-foot structure will yield two units, according to permits filed in 2020. The property is located between Manhattan Avenue and Franklin Street. Work is wrapping up on the façade, which is composed of various shades of gray paneling surrounding rectangular windows and glass doors leading to a stack of balconies. Gray brick and light fixtures surround the main entrance, where some finishing touches are still ongoing. The upper levels feature multiple setbacks leading to a bulkhead.
